A tragic and indelible image has emerged from the U.S. border crisis. That of the Salvadoran father and his daughter lying face down in the water of the Rio Grande, part of the U.S. border with Mexico. Oscar Alberto Martinez and his daughter, identified by officials from El Salvador as Angie Valeria M., drowned in the currents of the Rio Grande on Sunday as they tried to slip into the United States. This emerged the same day the U.S. House approved $4.5 billion in aid for the southern border, but only after Democratic infighting that saw Speaker Pelosi under fire from more progressive Democrats to take a harder line. All of this comes as CNN reports of the inhumane conditions forcing the removal of 250 unaccompanied children to different facilities under a different agency's oversight. CNN Talk's Max Foster talks to Ayesha Hazarika, Liam Halligan, Iain Martin and CNN Senior International Correspondent, Nick Paton Walsh, and asks the question: U.S. BORDER TRAGEDY: HAS THE CRISIS REACHED A TIPPING POINT?
