Sexual assault advocate, Kimberly is sharing her sexual assault story. We are talking about rape, sexual assault, and trauma in this episode with understanding, compassion, support and some solutions. 

She’s telling her story to help others navigate through their story. Our stories may be different but are alike with the emotions we go through during trauma and sexual assault are alike.   

She comes from a place of understanding and feels that we can take that heavy coat of shame off by asking for help. Creating a support circle of therapy, doctors, support groups, and/or close friendships.
