I'm Nicole Ellis, owner and coach of Fit For A Purpose, LLC. I'm also a wife and mother and like many, I've struggled with weight most of my life. Ever since I was a teenager, I road the roller coaster of weight loss and gains. I could make any size work; however, I was not happy or healthy. It wasn't until 2010 when I heard the doctor tell me I was morbidly obese and on the boarder line of having high cholesterol and high blood pressure that I realized I needed to get my life together. I was no longer healthy for a "big girl". I had to decide if I was going to continue to live merely to die or live on purpose for a purpose. Years later, along with sweat, tears and over 80lbs on and off, I'm excited to declare, I am purposefully fit! We are all called for a purpose and on this podcast I'll share tips on how you can become purposefully fit; spiritually, mentally, physically and emotionally.
