Berta Maso is a career coach who supports well-accomplished professionals who have fallen out of love with their jobs to re-define their “next chapter” by helping them to re-connect the dots between who they really are and what they can offer so they can start living a fulfilling life in every sense of the word.

Berta's career has been marked by constant change and reinvention. Originally from Barcelona, she worked in London, Kuwait, United Emirates, Switzerland and Italy, and  left a HR Manager role at Christian Dior to follow the dreams of a Kuwaiti Sheikh, who appointed her as the People Director of his retail business.

The biggest reinvention of all, however, was yet to come when after 6 thriving years heading the people front of Michael Kors in Europe, and on the edge of severe burn out, she put an end to her career as I knew it and started her own business.
