We all wear a number of titles. Yet one of those Jay wears with the most pride, is that of being added to the UK ‘Clear Business Thinking’ POWER 100 list as an Ethical Coaching Company.

Today we dive into what the ethics of business and life are all about and disucss how we stay in service to others and operate within the parameters of what's ethical and 'right'.

What principles guide us and how do we stay in alignment with ourselves and our clients?

Jay Allen holds an MSc in International Business Leadership, with a special interest in Business Ethics. He is the Managing Director of My TrueNORTH, The Ethical Coaching Company, and the Founder of the #ADDAZERO Business Challenge.

As a Christian and ex-veteran, Jay also has a strong value of service, courage and loyalty and he talks about how to examine levels of social consciousness and look within at your own internal principles which help us to lead oursleves and others better for a more powerful impact beyond money.
