My guests today are Ron and Jesse James Kosakowski.

Ron is a  Master Martial Arts Expert, Owner and head instructor of the Practical Self Defense Training Center since 1988. Besides the regular classes at the Practical Self Defense Training Center, he now has students that come to him from different parts of the US and Canada and teaches them privately and through his bi-monthly workshops that are held at his school. Ron also does an occasional seminar at other martial art schools as well as specialty training at some of the colleges in the New England and New York area. The Practical Self Defense Training Center is now well over a 4500 square foot facility with wall to wall mats.

Jesse James is an instructor at his fathers school, and a MMA fighter with aspirations to become a world champion. He had a lot of experience doing kickboxing, boxing, modified rules mma matches, combat jiu jitsu, and other types of competition experience. Racking up numerous championship gold medals, belts, swords, trophies, you name it, these competition..
