Hey, I’m Preneil and this is the Coffee & Socks Sessions Podcast  The first thing I do when I wake up is put on a pair of socks, make a cup of coffee, and turn on some music. I became known as the guy who would always have socks on and it’s still the same to this day. I don’t even think my wife has seen my feet. Over time, this became of time of reflection, questions, curiosity, unanswered questions, and… more coffee. In this podcast series, we’ll get to connect with people from around the world and talk about how we’re all navigating through life and trying to make it work. I've met some really incredible and interesting people in my life and I'd like you to get to know them, too. 

We'll get to chat with people from various industries like, music, digital, psychology, marketing, and an abundance of talented creatives from South Africa and around the world. The people who know me know how much I love music, history, a good conspiracy theory, and pretty much any topic that creates interesting conversations.
