Bjarte Bogsnes is the author of “Implementing Beyond Budgeting”. As well as an author,  he is a speaker and currently Bjarte is Senior Advisor - For the Performance Framework at Equinor. (previously knows as Statoil) Bjarte has a long international career, both in Finance and HR. He is currently heading up the implementation of Beyond Budgeting at Statoil, Scandinavia's largest company. Bjarte is also Chairman of Beyond Budgeting Roundtable (BBRT) and has helped numerous companies globally getting started on their own Beyond Budgeting journey.
