In this episode, we speak to Laila Willbur. Laila has been a US Barista Champion in 2014, and is currently the director of coffee at Cherry Street. She's also one of the team behind The Coffeewoman. She's currently the Chair of the United States Barista Guild.
We talk about a number of things, from Laila's career and the lessons she's learned working for some of the best coffee companies in the US, to how Cherry Street approach development and why they're never short of applicants for the opportunities they offer.
