As the VP of Client Engagement with Love the Process a Leadership and Personal Development Company, he drives that purpose home as he meets people where they are and challenges them to grow, change, and become stronger. Jeff provides a path to take first steps towards healing and strengthening their belief in themselves and what they can overcome and accomplish as they learn to Love the Process that they are in.
