Even though my life is hectic and it never seems like there is enough time in the day I will always make time for ⏰: ✅ exercises ✅ meditation ✅ making whole foods meals ✅ get Chiropractic and massage It doesn’t matter how busy my life gets I am super anal about making sure that these things all get done! 😫 Why?! Well our bodies are only so resistant to stress, whether that’s physical, chemical or emotional 😭 With this in mind if I’m putting that stress on my body I want to make sure it is in tip top shape for resisting it 😉
