The Riverside County Habitat Conservation Agency (RCHCA) works to maintain and restore habitat for the endangered Stephens' Kangaroo Rat.  Many of the efforts undertaken by RCHCA over the past 25 years would not be possible if not for the partnerships formed with agencies like the Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM).
