Dr. Pamela Mosier-Boss works on environmental sensors, detecting chemical toxins and bacteria. She spent over two-decades as a LENR experimentalist successfully using the co-deposition method to generate numerous nuclear effects. At the ICCF-21 conference, she and her colleagues proposed employing LENR-generated neutrons to fission uranium for a hybrid fusion-fission reactor design.
