In this episode, I dive into the power the narrative shift has to alterer our understandings and attitudes. I look at both Historical and modern narratives surrounding pandemics and use the influenza outbreak of 1918 as a frame of reference using these references I introduce some narrative shifts we can make ourselves to look at the current reality more optimistically.
