This week marks the tenth episode of the College Cookery podcast, and to celebrate, I will be showing you how to make a personal favorite of mine, Italian Potatoes. This is a super simple side dish, but its backed with flavor. I enjoy it, and I know you will too. So, without further ado, lets get cooking!

Ingredients

• 4-6 medium potatoes
• 1 packet Italian dressing mix (dried mix)
• 3-4 tbs butter
• salt and pepper to taste

Tools

• Oven, at 350 degrees F
• 2 quart baking dish (8X8 works well)
• Cutting board
• Sharp knife
