Hydration. What a term. How much do I really need to drink everyday? 8, 8oz glasses of water a day? Does my soda count? Should I be going to water or Powerade? Is my coffee making me dehydrated? All viable questions! A quick google search of any question is going to bring you down a rabbit hole with a whole lot of made up answers. Today I'm sitting down with PhD student Holly Clarke to discuss everything you could want to know about being hydrated to get answers right from the source. What the most hydrating drink is (if there is one), how much water is enough, whether or not my coffee is dehydrating me, and anything else you could wonder! Please drink responsibly.
