Gary Montel, the CSBOA Rules Interpreter, and local IAABO legend joins the podcast today!  Gary is a recently name IAABO Lifetime Achievement winner, and has spent 41 years playing, coaching, and officiating the game.  He talks about his perspective on high school basketball and how the game has changed, and most importantly, talks about how rules affect how the game is played.
