A lot of people think of MENTAL Wellness when the word "wellness" comes up. It is the primary type of wellness that is continuously spoken about, taught, and practiced (rightfully so) . However, I think it is jus as important to practice and work on all other methods of wellness as well. When we don't, we ultimately suffer. So today, I focus on physical wellness, namely exercising and what may happen if we continue to neglect it as well as mind hacks to keep us motivated to MOVE!
