Today’s very first book suggestion is actually more of a recommendation because I read it a few months ago and it comes from my personal book collection.

Its called The Wrath & the Dawn by Renee Ahdieh.

This is a YA fantasy novel published in 2015 and is the first book of a duology.

This book is inspired by the story A Thousand and One Nights and is about a teenage girl, who embarks on a journey to avenge her friend by trying to kill the king that had her friend murdered, but then finds herself falling in love with him.

This is one of the first books I read this year and I highly recommend it! Also, as a huge Disney fan, it has elements of Aladdin in the story so I was so excited to pick this book up and I read it in one day and that’s super fast for me cause I’m a slow reader!

So, short and sweet, that's my suggestion for today.
