In this episode, Peter and Julian talk about Marketing and the impact that behavioural style can have on how you market your business and where you market your business. We focus in at a high level on social media marketing. In the later podcasts, we will explore marketing in more detail with other subject experts. 

DISC is a behaviour assessment tool based on the DISC theory of psychologist William Moulton Marston, which centres on four different personality traits which are currently Dominance (D), Inducement (I), Submission (S), and Compliance (C). This theory was then developed into a behavioural assessment tool by industrial psychologist Walter Vernon Clarke.

We acknowledge that we use UK English in this Podcast and that in US English the words behavior, behavioral and color are spelt differently.
