The parables are designed to help people develop eyes to see the realities of Jesus’ kingdom and live in light of that kingdom. The parables are more than mere stories. These are literary works of art that display the incredible depth and breadth of Jesus’ theology. Studying them changes us by opening our lives to a deeper sense of what it means to rise up and walk after Jesus.

This series is being taught by our preaching cohort.   Our preaching cohort is simply a small group of individuals committed to meeting regularly for the purpose of helping one another grow as preachers of God’s Word. In this group, individuals will learn with one another, encourage one another and give helpful feedback to one another as they journey toward becoming more effective preachers of the Word.
