When something is weighing on our minds and won’t go away, we have two options: we can accept it, or we can do something about it.
This thought hit me while walking through the Philadelphia Airport yesterday, still worried, as I was in episode number 71, about due dates on my to-do list all converging at once in the coming months.
I could either keep worrying about everything, or I could actually take productive mental and physical action to improve the situation.
So that’s what I’m doing. I discuss in today’s episode of Primility Primer.
