Anna Fine Foer is an Annapolis-based artist whose work explores a variety of themes including technology, alternative energy, location, and natural or unnatural disasters.After receiving her BFA in Fiber Arts from the Philadelphia College of Art in 1980, she emigrated to Israel and worked in textile conservation and got her Post Graduate Degree in textile conservation at Textile Conservation Center at Courtauld Institute in London.She has since been an artist in residence at Vermont Studio Center and the Art Kibbutz Residency on Governor’s Island.
