How Do We Know Our Customers? By sticking with the Fizzle Roadmap – click here to do it for free NOW.
Every week in our podcast we share where we are are the Roadmap and what we have found out.
The bad news is that the fifteen (ish) hours of video content that make up the Roadmap don’t make you a success just fifteen hours.
As we go on a membership drive here o@Work Hubs armed with the knowledge of the Roadmap we’ve discovered some painful work to do to make the place work as we fend off rent rises, more coworking spaces in London than ever and Bernie’s odd sense of humor.
What we did discover is that while there is a thriving little freelance community here the ‘type of customer’ we have served the most over the five years of @Work Hubs has been opened is the very early stage start up, usually a team of three to four people.
Furthermore, connecting these people with freelancers in a very unstructured way has led to true love time and time again.
