In this episode of Comms Vs., Ben and Janine discuss the importance of prioritising your mental health – particularly during a lockdown in January. They take a light-hearted look at the things that they – and their listeners – have been doing to keep themselves positive, such as limiting their exposure to negative news stories and enjoying the great outdoors. They also share the fun activities they’ve been doing to keep themselves entertained – including Janine’s newfound love of arts and crafts and Ben’s ongoing video game appreciation.
