So for starters this blog/podcast is about my life being an executive chef. I use this as a platform to express my feeling and to decompress my day. Its set up is like bill burrs podcast. I just go off on random tangents on my way home or to work. The topics may include sports (nba,nfl,soccer,mlb), advice, tech news, world events, others stories, interviews, and anything that comes to mind. My blog is more for transcribed versions of the podcast. I also post various topics here. I will try to post daily or at least weekly. I also use this to hopefully help other if they are going thru some deep shit. This industry is a thankless and often an underappreciated world. So, if you are feeling down reach out to me and ill help. If I can help one person, then it would all be worth it. To breakdown each:

Sports- typically scores, recaps of games or fights.

Advice- I have an email [email protected] that I set up as a way for my listeners to reach out and ask anything or tell me about their experiences. (I will read in the following ep.)

Tech news- I just talk about anything tech related. New phones, pc, apple, and anything techy.

World events- I talk about anything going on locally or anywhere in the world. But nothing political as I am apolitical.
others stories- I retell other stories via the email.

Interviews- I retell my interviews with fellow chef that I meet.
