Welcome everyone to Competitive24! This is a sports/athletes podcast that concentrates on athletes. I'm an ex D1 college football player that played for the University of Hawaii. I'll be giving all the necessary tools you need to get to the next level in your athletics. If you are an athlete, sports fan, parent, coach, or teacher, please tune in.
