SMART GOALS
1. Specific: 
A goal should be well-defined and clear, leaving no room for ambiguity. It should answer the questions of who, what, where, when, and why. Specific goals provide a clear direction and focus on what needs to be accomplished.


2. Measurable: 
A goal should be quantifiable so that progress can be tracked and measured. Establishing concrete criteria for measuring progress helps determine whether the goal has been achieved and to what extent. This involves defining specific indicators or milestones that can be used to assess the progress made.

Ensure that your goals are well-defined, achievable, and aligned with your overall aspirations. Regularly review your progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on track and achieve your desired outcomes.

3. Achievable: 
Goals should be realistic and attainable, taking into account the resources, knowledge, and time available. It's crucial to set goals that are challenging yet within reach. This requires an understanding of one's capabilities and available resources to ensure that the goal is feasible.


4. Relevant:
 A goal should be relevant to your overall objectives and aligned with your broader aspirations. It should be meaningful and contribute to your long-term plans and vision. Ensuring the relevance of a goal helps maintain focus and prevents efforts from being diverted to unrelated or unimportant tasks.


5. Time-bound: 
A goal should have a specific timeframe for completion, providing a sense of urgency and a clear target date. Setting a deadline helps create a sense of accountability and prompts action, preventing the goal from being postponed indefinitely.
