Christine chats with Joe O'Connor, an ex-military man and serial entrepreneur who has overcome immense adversity. After surviving being hit by a car at 14 and blown off a mountain at 37, breaking his neck both times, Joe was told he may never walk again. Yet he persevered through grit and mindset shifts, going on to run a marathon and start his own charity, Transformation for Veterans. Listen as Joe and Christine dive into the power of choice, clarity of communication, tools to move through hardship, leaving a legacy, and the importance of self-talk and believing you can achieve anything.
