Erik Nowell is a North Carolina native who has been training athletes in the Northern VA area since May 2015. He played Varsity Football for East Carolina University as a wide receiver and punt returner from 2005-2008, while earning a B.S. in Communications with a focus in Public Relations and a Business Minor. His athletic experience is the foundation that drives him to help every athlete develop skills and proper technique in various sports.  At his company, First Sound Training, he specializes in the growth and development of all athletes who are looking to take their talents to the next level. His motto is "Be Great, Stay Great, Make Others Greater!"
