This podcast has been birthed as a means to encourage connection via vibration and via voice. The key purpose is to share the myriad of ways in which we can connect to self and others. Having been on my own journey of (re)connection to self I have learnt so much and want to share these many invaluable lessons. Including beautiful and infinitely wise and gifted souls I've connected with who have their own unique and wonderful ways of connecting that I intend to share with you on this podcast. I personally know the deep value of being connected to yourself and now work with people to support and guide them in their own re-connection to self and awakening of their true inner self!
