Baqi Martin is an LCSW-Supervisor and Regional Executive Director of Connections Wellness Group. He has a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work from New Mexico Highlands University and has devoted his career to serving and working with children, youth and families.  As clinicians, we are trained on what dysfunctional family roles are but not what healthy functioning family roles are. Baqi and his treatment team questioned how families could move forward if they did not know what to strive for. Baqi and Lauren discuss the rules, roles, and values of healthy functioning families.
