On Episode 24, we get to know wellness and holistic lifestyle expert Vanessa Hartmann.
 
Vanessa has a background in the wellness field, including a bachelors and masters in exercise science and health promotion, with certifications in yoga, Pilates, personal training, group fitness, holistic nutrition, and life coaching. As a military spouse, Vanessa shifts her wellness background as needed with each move. 

Vanessa has found when you come from a mindset of positivity there is a lot of potential. From creating moms workout groups to homeschool co-ops, Vanessa doesn’t waste time with all the things out of her control and creates what her family and the community are in need of.

1. The only thing we always have control over is our reaction. When we react from a positive mindset we aren’t angry, stressed or anxious. With positivity we attract the things we want to come our way.
