There are things that occupy our homes & workspace. However, an equally potent thing that occupies a bigger space and great time, our Thought space. I call it 'Thought Space' because they do occupy the vast majority of your time sometimes even a whole day. We have bitter feelings, sad feelings, anger, feelings that no one likes me. These feelings occupy a substantial space. There is one-morning thought which constantly triggers your mind in the morning. Recognize it and allow it free you.
