How do we as Christian leaders redefine how we measure success?

Like business, the success of a church has been measured by numbers, numbers of attendees on a Sunday service, conference, etc. If we look at the New Testament we see that if a persons’ goal is  God pleasing over man pleasing they were highlighted as good and great. Under the radar leadership humbles us, encourages us to risk, and we can hold lightly the influence what God gives us.
