Great communication is at the heart of every long lasting relationship, and a skill that we can all improve upon. I wanted to share with you the valuable lessons I have learned from my first guest on the podcast. Being curious and wanting to connect and communicate in a better way I sought out Cathy and her work to enable me to be a better coach, parent and connector.

Cathy Macdonald is an ex Police Scotland Hostage and Crisis negotiator , and now runs a very successful consulting  and coaching company that teaches us how to be better communicators in our careers and our personal lives.
