In today’s episode, Dr. Marta Katalena and Chef Candil continue the conversation about coronavirus, the use of masks for children and antibodies. And, as always, they give you a delicious recipe to make with your kids!

Ingredients for meat roll:

• 1 Lb of ground beef or chicken

• 5 medium white potatoes (boil with skin)

• ½ onion chopped

* 3 garlic cloves minced

* ½ cup green bell pepper chopped

* ½ cup red pepper chopped

• Salt, pepper, oregano or Italian herbs or basil

• ½ cup of tomato sauce

* 2 cups of grated cheese

• 50 ml of EVOO

• 1 egg

For the tomato sauce:

· 2 cups of fresh spinach

· 2 cups of tomato sauce
