Microsoft Real Estate and Facilities’ aim is to make Microsoft an amazing place to work. We continually seek to strengthen our understanding of the future workforce’s preferences and expectations toward the culture, processes, tools, and spaces that will be necessary to attract and retain the workforce talent of the future. As part of this effort, we collaborated with a diverse group of more than 100 young people from 60 countries to understand their aspirations and expectations and to discuss their ideas regarding the workplace.
