Very entertaining podcast with the latest news on shenanigans in Washington, as well as sports news. He also tells story about his life in cable news and sports. Only knock is that he runs repeats of these stories so sometimes I just get 30 minutes of his show.

Keith is a voice of sanity and reason, speaking truth to power in this frightening political climate. His concern and caring for our animal brothers and sisters reflects hope for humanity as well. Thank you, Keith!
