In this podcast we look at the important aspect of influence within leadership.
We begin by talking about Mother Teresa and share how she was a true authentic leader whom was able to influence others. People followed her and believed in her greater vision. Not only was Mother Teresa dedicated to serving the poor, she also exhibited amazing skills as a leader.
