This is a podcast to redefine what it is to be normal and how much of that may be a Crazy Normal. A normal that many of us might identify with and does no harm, but allows us to be a bit different, quirky or even funny. Providing a way of relaxing into who we are, without having to be too rigid. Or having to diagnose ourselves or each other or, in terms of mental illness or wellness. This is an exploration and expression of ourselves in enjoying our human resilience and quirkiness’s. At Crazy Normal we also know there is a safe and justifiable place for true mental health diagnoses and treatments, that some of need to be looked after by diagnosis and medication, but that is not the majority of us.
