3. Create movement in your life
4. Set small, realistic goals that are possible to achieve

Pay attention to how your body is feeling. Keeping a food journal would be ideal, but do what you need to do to figure out what your body is trying to tell you and how it is reacting to certain foods. You don’t have to have an autoimmune disease, or a chronic illness to have food impact the way your body is feeling. And wouldn’t it be amazing if you could feel amazing all the time?
