Walking doesn't have to be a chore.
Yes, it's 'good for you', and often suggested as a exercise to improve mental and physical health, and it's benefits are supported by research, especially in conjunction with medication and/or therapy.
But when something is good for you, it can become associated with guilt if you're not doing it.
I share with you one of the reasons why I appreciate the power of walking and one of the strategies I used, and still use to reinforce my daily walk habit.
