Born & Raised in Alaska she always knew owning her own business was her destiny. After college in Seattle, Lauren Perry decided to stay but the event planning future she had originally envisioned just wasn’t working.

Her love for fitness and cycling quickly evolved into the opening of her very own studio. Lauren opened City Cycle in 2015 with the philosophy of integrity, respect, and a genuine desire to give back to the community. 

In 2019 & 2023, City Cycle was voted the number one fitness studio in all of Seattle and she was voted best fitness instructor in Seattle by Classpass. 

Lauren is a Lululemon ambassador and has worked with brands like Carbon 38, and you can get your dose of inspo on her blog don’t sweat it!

She is passionate about helping other entrepreneurs and offers consulting, social media support, training for instructors, and more!

Through years of building a brand, managing a team, and HUNDREDS of cycling classes later, she’s learned some pretty amazing life lessons that she will share with us today.
