We’re exploring our inner critic this week and see where it comes from and why some things impact you.

Although it’s always nice to receive compliments and positive feedback, you need to be your number one fan. You need that inner mentor in your head, so you have this really nice supportive voice encouraging you to be yourself and be bold.

And that’s what we’re going to do until the end of this challenge.
