In this episode, Dez interviews Jay Dilley. He is the CEO of Ratebroker Financial, which exists to bridge the gap toward financial inclusivity. With Jay’s extensive experience in the corporate environment, he saw first-hand the various forms of gender inequality. Having grown up around many strong women in his life, this reality was not something he could accept. 

Jay saw the need to create financial resources that was equally available to everyone - on a mission to #DemocratizeFinance. Jay has become a recognized diversity champion. Jay explains the invisible barriers that attribute to financial services inequality and the way that his company combats these issues.
