Alisha is a Clinical Psychologist, Founder of Mindful Mummies and Mother of three young boys.

Alisha brings an element of love and compassion into all that she does. She is extremely passionate about mindfulness, meditation, holistic health and supporting women in the antenatal and postnatal period.

In her private practice, Alisha supports people from all walks of life. She also runs Tribe Gatherings for women, support groups for men and wellness events.

Alisha has a drive to bridge the gap between holistic health, spirituality and psychology.
