Join Tom Fox and Ronnie Feldman on Creativity and Compliance, part of the award-winning Compliance Podcast Network. Ronnie’s company, Learnings and Entertainment, utilizes the entertainment devices that people use to consume information in their everyday, non-work lives, and apply it to important topics around compliance and ethics. They discussed the need for managers to have the necessary soft skills to have difficult conversations, and the need to create a speak up culture in the workplace. They also discussed the importance of intent versus impact, the need for trust between managers and their employees, and the need for companies to provide role-playing and other training to help managers learn how to have difficult conversations.
