In addition, Stuart is currently a Senior Instructor at the Commercial Real Estate Institute where he has taught 10 different real estate subjects that over 5,000 Students have attended.

Phelps Capital & Consulting Inc. was inspired to help people who would like to invest in real estate for yield & protection: against swings in the stock market & the constant movement towards increased inflation.  They would like to be in personal control of their real estate. As a successful real estate investor, Stuart wanted to share his knowledge with others and started teaching real estate courses for the state association, Arizona Real Estate Investors Association (AZREIA).
