I tune in daily for true crime updates. I love the banter and the expertise of her panel of forensic experts.
Love the crime stories, just hate it when Nancy Talks Over her guest and rudely interrupts them. Also, tired of listening to her including her family in EVERY EPISODE! "the twins" "Lucy" "John David" Husband or late Fiance! UUUUUUGGGGGGG!
I love the passion and compassion she shows on every single episode. She dogs deep, asks all the right questions, and let's not one person get any BE over in her or the families. Yes she might be aggressive at times.. But if I had to choose, I would want her on my side!
This is the shit I listen to when I've run through all of the true crime podcasts that I actually like and support. She's alright, I don't hate her, and I do like the compassion that she has for the victims of crime, but I very much dislike how aggressive she is to her guest experts. They're trying to give her their expert opinions, knowledge, advice, etc. yet she still aggressively attacks them. I understand that she used to be a lawyer and all, but she could SERIOUSLY tone it down! This is a public podcast, you're not addressing a jury trying to win their vote. I find myself cringing, scowling, rolling my eyes, and actually reacting verbally to her podcast at times. Why does she have to freaking yell all the time?!? Absolutely NOT my cup of tea. I only stuck around until the end of the Gabby Petito case because I was invested, and I tried to listen after, but sorry lady, I'm done.
I haven’t listened to or watched Nancy Grace since the Casey Anthony trial. I started again when she covered Gabby Petito. Love the experts panel & how Nancy puts people in their place if needed. Informative podcast for sure, even if she is a little bit over the top at times.
